Job summary

Dimension All Group in the Philippines is seeking a Façade Designer with 3+ years of experience in façade engineering, design, or related technical roles to create precise shop drawings, window specifications, and MTOs that meet project requirements and codes. Collaboration with production engineers and project teams will be essential to preserve design intent through the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in façade engineering, façade design, architectural detailing, or a related technical/design role.
• Strong experience in 2D AutoCAD.
• Experience with Revit or Autodesk Inventor for 3D modeling is highly advantageous.
• Experience preparing façade/window shop drawings is preferred.
• Knowledge of façade systems, windows, glazing, cladding, aluminium, or building envelope components is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality and accurate drawings.
• Good understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production and design teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new software, systems, and façade design processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and detailed shop drawings using Dextall Studio, Revit, and AutoCAD.
• Review drawings and designs to ensure compliance with company standards, project requirements, and applicable building codes.
• Prepare, review, and respond to RFIs clearly and efficiently.
• Support engineering analysis and technical tasks to validate key façade and window components.
• Prepare detailed window and façade specifications based on project requirements.
• Prepare accurate material take-offs (MTOs) to support procurement and cost control.
• Provide precise ordering information for façade components and materials.
• Coordinate closely with production engineers to ensure design intent is accurately translated into production.
• Review and incorporate design changes while maintaining drawing accuracy and quality.
• Maintain organized and accurate technical documentation.
• Support other façade design and engineering activities as required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate shop drawings, façade and window specifications, material take-offs, and technical documentation while ensuring designs meet project requirements, company standards, and applicable codes.

The role involves close collaboration with production engineers, project teams, and other design professionals to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
