• Ensure drawings are accurate, consistent and compliant with project requirements.
• Revise drawings based on internal reviews and client feedback.
• Utilize ArchiCad for drafting tasks.
• Follow design guidelines and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update architectural drawings for residential projects in accordance with Australian standards and codes
• Prepare simple suspended slab details, including:
  • Stairs
  • Shelf lintels
  • Overhangs
  • Dovetailing ceilings
  • Flooring systems, when required
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of drawings based on project requirements and design intent
• Revise drawings based on internal reviews and client feedback
• Proficient in ArchiCad
• Basic understanding of Australian planning codes and standards is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and drafting accuracy
• Ability to follow design guidelines and technical specifications
• Willing to work onsite and on a night shift schedule
