• Deep understanding of machine design, materials, welding, machining, and cutting/assembly processes
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, deadline management, and cross-functional team coordination skills
• PRC License is an advantage but not required

• Interpret technical engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics; utilize AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software to review or modify designs
• Coordinate closely with workshop production teams to ensure manufacturing processes align with design specifications

• Apply structural knowledge of machine design, material properties, and fabrication techniques while strictly enforcing quality control and safety standards

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our production and engineering team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering concepts and physical production. You will design, analyze, and oversee the fabrication of various metal products and machinery. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on knowledge of metal manufacturing, reads blueprints effortlessly, and collaborates effectively with production staff to meet deadlines safely and cost-effectively.
