Job summary

Aristocrat Restaurant in Manila is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to lead training initiatives across all F&B roles. You will conduct Training Needs Analysis, develop modules, and ensure materials align with standards and procedures.

You will design and deliver programs for service crew, cashiers, supervisors, and other staff, facilitating sessions and on-the-job training while evaluating effectiveness and records. This role promotes continuous learning and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify competency gaps, training requirements, and development opportunities among F&B employees.
• Develop, prepare, and update training modules, manuals, presentations, and instructional materials aligned with company standards and operational procedures.
• Design and conduct training programs for service crew, cashiers, supervisors, and other F&B personnel.
• Facilitate classroom training, hands-on demonstrations, and on-the-job training related to food service, customer service, product knowledge, and restaurant operations.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, practical demonstrations, observations, and employee performance feedback.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers and department heads to identify training priorities and monitor employee development.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, service standards, food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessment results, and employee development reports.
• Recommend improvements to training programs based on TNA results, operational performance, and customer feedback.
• Assist in developing training plans and continuous learning initiatives to improve workforce competency and service excellence.
