Job summary

The Aristocrat Restaurant (Roxas Food Ventures) is seeking a Training and Development Officer to design, implement, and maintain training programs for our Food & Beverage team. You will ensure staff meet operational and service standards aligned with Filipino hospitality excellence.

You will develop materials, facilitate sessions, coach staff, collaborate with operations, monitor effectiveness, and uphold food safety and service quality in all training content and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education / Hospitality or related field.
• Experience creating and maintaining training materials (modules, SOPs).
• Experience in F&B / hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and instructional design skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, including modules, manuals, presentations, and SOPs.
• Translate operational processes and F&B practices into clear training content for staff at all levels.
• Facilitate training sessions, both in-classroom and on-the-job, to ensure knowledge transfer.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, promoting continuous learning.
• Collaborate with operations and management to reflect standards in training programs.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards, service quality, and procedures in all training.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and staff development progress.
