The role requires a hospitality background with 2–3 years of supervisory F&B experience, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with POS systems and inventory software. Flexible hours include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage, preferably in a casino or high-volume venue.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and local health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts.

The position may be reassigned to other areas within the F&B department, with responsibilities adjusted in response to business needs.
