Job summary

LaVie Resort and Casino Manila is seeking an F&B Service Supervisor to oversee daily service operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and coordinate a fast-paced team in a casino environment.

You will supervise servers, bartenders and hosts, manage inventory and POS usage, and work flexible hours to meet business needs while upholding safety standards and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years supervisory experience in F&B, casino or high-volume venue.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and local health regulations.

• The F&B Service Supervisor is responsible for overseesing daily operations of food and beverage service within the casino, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth team coordination, and strict adherence to service standards. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entertainment-driven setting. The position may be reassigned to other areas within the F&B department, with responsibilities adjusted in response to business needs.
