We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the food and beverage operations of our hospitality group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing restaurant and banquet operations, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, driving revenue and profitability, maintaining food safety standards, and leading high-performing teams.
This role requires a hands-on leader with strong operational, financial, and people management skills who can deliver exceptional dining experiences while achieving business objectives.
Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the group.
Ensure excellent guest service and consistently high-quality food and beverage standards.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Monitor financial performance, including sales, food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and operating expenses.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and regulatory standards.
Develop, review, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food and beverage operations.
Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate restaurant and F&B personnel.
Manage staffing schedules to ensure efficient manpower utilization.
Coordinate with Executive Chefs, Restaurant Managers, Hotel Operations, Casino Operations, and other departments.
Monitor inventory levels and oversee purchasing to minimize waste and control costs.
Handle guest concerns professionally and implement service recovery when necessary.
Evaluate menu performance and collaborate on new menu and promotional initiatives.
Analyze business performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management within hotels, restaurants, casinos, or hospitality establishments.
Proven experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent financial and business acumen, including budgeting and cost control.
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and quality assurance.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS/F&B management systems.
Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Experience in integrated hospitality operations involving hotels, restaurants, and casino environments.
Background in banquet, events, and catering operations.
Demonstrated success in improving guest satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.
Experience implementing operational improvements and service excellence initiatives.
