Job summary

PeopleStrong’s restaurant team in Hinoba-an is seeking a guest-focused service professional to greet guests warmly, manage reservations, seat guests, and ensure accurate bills at the POS. You will coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house to deliver timely meals and maintain service standards.

You will maintain cleanliness, restock items, supervise junior staff, and uphold brand standards and SOPs while communicating clearly and attentively to guests throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and welcome them promptly.
• Assist with table reservations and seating.
• Ensure guests are serviced within specified time.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and presentation standards.
• Communicate clearly with guests and staff; handle phone inquiries with etiquette.
• Answer questions about the menu and assist with selections.
• Manage order records in POS and coordinate with kitchen on availability.
• Note dietary needs and special requests, and relay to kitchen.
• Present accurate final bills and process payments.
• Perform shift closing and tally cash/credit card settlements.
