Job summary

HSO Group of Companies is seeking a courteous Food & Beverage Service Associate to greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, take and record orders, and ensure timely service that meets our standards.

You will set up and clear tables, maintain presentation and sanitation, coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely orders, monitor guest satisfaction, follow food safety practices, and assist with inventory under the guidance of the F&B Supervisor or Manager.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and accurately record food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards.
• Set up and clear tables before, during, and after service.
• Ensure proper presentation of food, beverages, and dining areas.
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and inquiries professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service areas, and equipment.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order preparation.
• Check guest satisfaction and provide appropriate assistance when needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
• Assist with inventory and restocking of service supplies.
• Perform other duties assigned by the F&B Supervisor or Manager.
