Morton's Steakhouse Manila, part of The Bistro Group, seeks an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in the F&B sector. You will develop sales strategies, expand our corporate and events client base, and partner with marketing to elevate brand presence.

Lead and mentor the sales team, coordinate with restaurant leadership for events, and provide regular performance updates to management. This role is on-site at Morton's Manila.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of proven sales management experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for fostering lasting client and team relationships.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and craft innovative strategies.
• Knowledge of fine dining standards, with a love for high-quality cuisine and wine.
• Flexibility to be assigned to specific store or branch locations as required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market presence.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and create actionable plans.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses.
• Identify potential new clients and market segments to expand the restaurant's clientele base.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and community activities to promote Morton's Steakhouse and its brand.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and outreach campaigns.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Plan and coordinate events, private dining experiences, and corporate gatherings at the restaurant.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to restaurant management.
• Prepare reports detailing sales growth, client acquisition, and market analysis.
