Filinvest Hospitality Property, Chroma Hospitality Inc – Corporate Office (Alabang, Muntinlupa City), seeks an F&B Controls and Performance Officer to oversee financial and operational performance across all managed F&B outlets. The role focuses on cost control, profitability, and strategic improvement initiatives.

You will monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and collaborate with corporate and property teams to drive performance and ensure accurate reporting using Business Central.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in F&B cost control or financial analysis.
• Experience in analyzing financial and operational performance across F&B outlets.
• Ability to provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational performance across all managed F&B outlets and properties.
• Monitor KPIs such as revenue, cost of goods, payroll, and profitability.
• Review MTD, YTD, budget, forecast, and prior-year performance for trends and risks.
• Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Review cost controls including food, beverage, and payroll against budget and forecast.
• Develop and monitor dashboards and reports to enhance performance analysis.
• Support systems implementation and training for F&B performance tools.
• Coordinate with Cost Controllers and F&B teams to drive profitability improvements.
