Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations.
• Strong Customer Service skills, resolving guest inquiries and maintaining high satisfaction.
• Experience in Training team members, coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control, inventory management, and supporting revenue targets.
• Leadership and team management skills to coordinate diverse teams across departments.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and local regulations.
• Effective communication and organizational skills, multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervisory or managerial hospitality experience; degree/diploma advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations across restaurant, bar, and banquet services.
• Lead and schedule team members, supervise service delivery, coordinate with kitchen and front office.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, manage budgets, and review sales performance to optimize revenue.
