Hospitality Enterprise Resources Corporation is seeking a Food and Beverage General Manager to lead day-to-day F&B operations in San Mateo, Rizal. You will design menus, manage budgets, supervise staff, and ensure top-tier service and safety standards.

The role of a Food and Beverage General Manager encompasses a comprehensive range of responsibilities within the food and beverage operations. This includes, but is not limited to, effective budget management to ensure financial goals are met, providing strong team leadership to inspire and motivate staff, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained, designing innovative and enticing menus to meet customer preferences, and ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for both customers and staff.
Scope and Responsibilities:
A Food and Beverage General Manager's duties include managing the day-to-day operations, developing menus, purchasing supplies, training and supervising staff, maintaining health and safety standards, and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability. They also monitor customer feedback, resolve issues, and strive to continuously improve the overall dining experience for guests.
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
Supervise dining room personnel and ensure proper implementation of service procedures and quality standards.
Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies, and procedures.
Check that standards on hygiene and sanitation are complied with within the Banquet, Restaurant, and Bars and are consistently observed by the staff.
Prepare required reports and requisitions for the Restaurant's operations and administrative functions.
Monitor restaurant reservations and assist in serving guests when necessary.
Supervise staff in anticipating guests' needs and establishing good customer relations.
Act on guest complaints and adopt service recovery measures.
Attend staff meetings and briefings to keep staff informed of current activities in the hotel.
Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
Conduct training (monthly/weekly).
Qualifications:
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Food and Beverage Services Management, Culinary Arts, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Restaurant & Institution Management, or equivalent.
At least 4 years of service experience in a five-star or deluxe hotel as a Restaurant Manager.
Willingness to work in San Mateo, Rizal
