Qualifications

• Supervises floor service during peak periods
• Coaches and trains team members on service sequences, menu details, and company values
• Creates staff schedules based on forecasted customer volume, special events, and labor cost budgets
• Monitors performance and assists with appraisals, feedback, and disciplinary actions
• Manages stock levels by conducting daily or weekly inventory counts for food, beverages, and operating supplies
• Places requisitions and orders with vendors with checks for freshness and accuracy
• Conducts pre-shift briefings on grooming, attendance, daily specials, and service targets
• Resolves customer complaints promptly regarding food quality, billing accuracy, or service delays
• Steps in hands-on to assist with seating, serving, or expediting during high-volume rushes
