Job summary

Napa Gapa Beverages Corp. seeks a Marketing Specialist for Engkanto Taps to drive brand visibility, engage customers, and grow sales at restaurant-bar outlets and Engkanto Brewery products.

You will lead localized campaigns, manage digital channels, and support events, activations, and promotions while ensuring consistent brand execution across multiple locations. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, hospitality, nightlife, or retail.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and analytics (Meta Ads, Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics).
• Creative mindset with strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Able to work on-site across multiple branches and attend evening/weekend events when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized marketing plans for Engkanto Taps locations.
• Ensure consistent Engkanto brand standards across all restaurant-bar branches.
• Coordinate with Operations and Store Managers to implement marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
• Support product launches, menu promotions, and brewery campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and external partners for marketing collateral.
