Job summary

Easyfood Restaurants Corp. is seeking a Marketing Staff to strengthen brand presence and support campaigns online and on-ground at Pasig. The role covers planning and implementing campaigns, managing social media, and coordinating brand activations to boost visibility and sales.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, with at least 1 year in marketing, preferably in F&B. Field work and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B or restaurant industry.
• Knowledgeable in social media management and basic graphic design tools.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to do field work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns for both brands.
• Manage and update social media pages, ensuring consistent and engaging brand content.
• Support digital marketing efforts including paid ads, influencer collaborations, and content creation.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports and analytics.
• Help organize brand activations, store events, and special campaigns to boost visibility and sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our online presence.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance user experience, engagement, and brand loyalty in the digital space.
• Manage and diversify social media content to align with specified target markets, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message.
• Prepare marketing reports and presentations as needed.
