Job summary

Landez Corp in Metro Manila seeks an Accounting staff to manage QuickBooks Online, record daily financial transactions, and keep accurate books across multiple outlets. You will ensure proper classifications, reconciliation, and reporting to management.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in accounting and 2–3 years’ experience, preferably in Food & Beverage or retail, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of Philippine tax basics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and manage the accounting software (QuickBooks Online) for daily transactions.
• Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, and other financial activities.
• Reconcile POS, cash, card, and digital payments against records and settlements.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable and monitor outstanding balances.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances.
• Prepare vouchers, checks, and supporting documents; ensure proper approvals.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field

CPA is an advantage but not required
