Job summary

Prestige Plate Food and Beverage Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking an accounting professional to oversee day-to-day financial tasks across our outlets. You will record sales, reconcile bank statements, and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting.

Responsibilities include processing supplier invoices, managing accounts payable/receivable, tracking inventory costs, and supporting management with weekly and monthly summaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• At least 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in retail, QSR, or F&B.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily sales reports and monitor cash deposits.
• Process supplier invoices and manage accounts payable; prepare payment schedules.
• Track daily expenses, petty cash usage, and cost variances; monitor inventory and COGS.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial summaries and management reports.
• Coordinate with store managers; implement basic internal controls and maintain records.
