Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an Instructor Senior Analyst to support the F&A capability development within the AI Cap Dev Manila Team. This on-site role focuses on delivering just-in-time training solutions to Accenture Operations, particularly the F&A unit, with a strong emphasis on improving process knowledge and performance.

You will work with Delivery, Mobilization, and Operations teams to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, write DTPs when needed, and help

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 2 years of F&A experience (PTP, RTR, or OTC).
• Individual Contributor role.
• Experience in writing DTPs is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in capability and training needs assessments.
• Align business requirements with training solutions.
• Contribute to design and development of training and learning solutions.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs.
• Support data collection, analysis, and evaluation of training results.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Mobilization, Operations, and cross-functional teams.
