POSITION TITLE: Instructor Analyst

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

OVERALL PURPOSE: Delivers all required training programs that may include end-to-end new hire training (Pre-Process, Voice and Client-Specific process training), continuous education, company background and industry policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Propose continuous improvements in communications coaching and new hire training processes
• Mentor other employees to provide communication coaching support
• Attend quality calibration calls and provide recommendations
• Provide communication coaching and training support to other businesses

OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Rotation Off Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Cyberpark Tower 3

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years of F&A experience, i.e., PTP or RTR or OTC
