Job summary

Citiworks Manpower Resources Corp. is seeking a customer-focused eyewear sales associate in the Philippines. You will welcome customers, recommend frames and lenses, and explain promotions to help them choose the best products.

Join a busy retail environment where you will coordinate with staff and an optometrist, meet daily and monthly sales targets, handle inquiries, and maintain an organized, appealing store display. Weekend and shifting schedules are required.

Qualifications

At least Senior High School graduate; college level is an advantage.
Experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Sales-driven and goal-oriented.
Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
Willing to be assigned to any store branch.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers with eyewear needs.
Recommend suitable eyeglass frames, lenses, and optical products.
Explain product features, promotions, and pricing.
Process sales transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and proper display of merchandise.
Monitor inventory and restock products as needed.
Coordinate with the Optometrist and other staff to ensure smooth customer service.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
