Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate; college level is an advantage.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Willing to be assigned to any store branch.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with eyewear needs.
• Recommend suitable eyeglass frames, lenses, and optical products.
• Explain product features, promotions, and pricing.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper display of merchandise.
• Monitor inventory and restock products as needed.
• Coordinate with the Optometrist and other staff to ensure smooth customer service.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
