Job summary

Citiworks Manpower Resources Corp. seeks a retail eyewear sales associate in Cebu City to assist customers in selecting eyeglasses and sunglasses, explain features and promotions, and recommend frames and lenses. You will process sales at the POS, maintain displays, and coordinate with staff to deliver excellent service.

The role requires good communication, a sales mindset, and flexibility to work weekends and shifts; branch assignments may vary.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate (College level is an advantage).
• With or without sales experience (retail experience is preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Neat, presentable, and professional appearance.
• Willing to be assigned to any branch as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, sunglasses, and optical products.
• Explain product features, prices, promotions, and lens options.
• Recommend frames and lenses based on customer preferences and prescriptions.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of product displays.
• Monitor inventory and restock merchandise as needed.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks and appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate with the optometrist and other staff to ensure smooth customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service professionally.
• Meet individual and store sales targets.
