Job summary

Egis is seeking a Traffic Control Operator to oversee daily records, incident reporting, and expressway operations from a control room. You will direct patrollers, monitor CCTV, and coordinate emergency responses to ensure safe traffic flow and building operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–4 years in customer service or related communication roles, with strong attention to detail and calm under pressure. On-site position with 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management.
Experience in customer service, office-based work, or communication-based roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual Traffic Control Room reports.
Coordinate and oversee all operational activities within the office and along the expressway.
Direct Road Patrollers, Road Workers, Utility and Security Guards.
Monitor and coordinate deployment of Toll Collectors based on traffic volume and requirements.
Provide regular updates to Traffic Control Manager regarding events, incidents and expressway conditions.
Document events, incidents and activities; handle inquiries on a 24/7 basis.
Monitor expressway and building operations via cameras; ensure SOP compliance.
