We are seeking a qualified and experienced Traffic Management Engineer to support construction supervision activities on a major bridge or highway infrastructure project. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience in traffic planning and control during large-scale construction works, ensuring safe and efficient vehicular and pedestrian movement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) in coordination with contractors and relevant authorities.
- Review and approve traffic diversion schemes and site‑specific traffic control measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and minimize disruption to public traffic during construction.
- Conduct traffic impact assessments and recommend mitigation measures where necessary.
- Coordinate with local traffic enforcement agencies and stakeholders to facilitate smooth traffic flow.
- Provide expert guidance on signage, barriers, detours, and road closures.
- Monitor and report on traffic‑related incidents and suggest corrective actions.
- Support the project team with technical input related to traffic control during construction phases.
- Registered Civil Engineer with valid license or certification from a recognized authority.
- Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field is an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Traffic Management Engineer in the construction supervision of bridge or highway projects.
- Familiarity with regional traffic codes, safety guidelines, and construction traffic best practices.

- Proven ability to manage traffic safety and logistics on active construction sites.
