BEVI Beauty Elements Ventures Inc. is seeking a seasoned Trade Compliance Specialist to oversee export and import controls for cosmetics products across global markets.

You will lead documentation, regulatory liaison, audits, and risk mitigation, ensuring adherence to BPOM Indonesia, Halal, MocRA, GCC, ASEAN, and other country regs. This role requires proactive guidance to internal teams and coordination with regulators, freight forwarders, and partners to keep shipments compliant and

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with order fulfillment, shipping requirements, documentation, and global sales transactions.
• Ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and export requirements.
• Manage preparation, review, and submission of all shipping and export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and export permits.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs authorities, as well as internal teams to ensure timely and compliant shipment of goods.
• Conduct regular compliance audits, risk assessments, and monitoring of export processes, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, customs officials, and external auditors for all compliance-related matters.
• Provide guidance and best practices to internal teams on export compliance, documentation standards, and shipping regulations.
• Control operational risks, including regulatory exposure, and mitigate them through coordinated actions with relevant business units, internal teams, and external partners.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international trade regulations, ensuring processes are continually aligned with evolving compliance requirements.
• Manage trade compliance processes, including BPOM Indonesia, Halal, MocRA, GCC, and ASEAN registration and trade, and other country-specific cosmetics and health regulations and requirements.
• Safeguard all global documents and ensure their confidentiality.
