Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of export logistics experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping, and trade compliance.
  • Experience handling perishable goods is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in logistics software, ERP, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate export of goods from production facilities to international clients and distributors.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents: invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bill of lading.
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations, food safety requirements, and destination policies.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery.
  • Track shipments and provide updates on timelines, delays, and exceptions.
  • Maintain export records and support audits or documentation reviews as needed.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and finance for accurate order fulfillment and invoicing.
  • Stay updated on changes in export regulations, tariffs, and documentation standards.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Export Logistics Specialist to manage the end-to-end coordination of international shipments for food products.
