Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines in Taguig is seeking an Export Order Management specialist to support the Kraft Heinz ANZ Market within our Pioneer Account in BGC, Taguig. The role focuses on accurate order processing, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in export order management, strong attention to detail, and is willing to work 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig to support ANZ business hours. FMCG exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in domestic/export order management, customer service, or related operations.
• Export Order Management experience is highly preferred.
• FMCG experience is an advantage but not required if relevant experience is shown.
• Strong knowledge of order management and customer operations.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and export orders accurately from entry to resolution.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Review orders, identify discrepancies, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Manage order-related inquiries and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across order management systems.
• Work in a process-driven environment while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Identify issues and support continuous improvement of order management processes.

• Willing to support the ANZ market and work within ANZ business hours.
