Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4–6 years’ experience in freight forwarding/export operations or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of export processes and documentation; MS Office proficiency; Carrier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Export CS/Docs team through coaching and performance monitoring.
• Oversee end-to-end export processes including booking, documentation, shipment monitoring, and billing.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, carriers, and internal teams.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions; support continuous improvement in Seafreight operations.
• Oversee billing approvals and prepare operational reports.
