Job summary

UPS is hiring for a documentation and shipment operations role in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will ensure accurate export documentation, maintain shipment visibility, and support regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities include processing audits, report preparation, and resolving discrepancies, with emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and safe handling of shipments across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 1–2 years in logistics, transportation, warehouse, or export operations is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies in shipments and documents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate export documentation processing and regulatory compliance.
• Handle shipment operations with proper sorting, labeling, and tracking.
• Prepare daily/ monthly reports (ODC, SEAS, DWS, CAB, DIS Summaries).
• Monitor shipment movement, resolve discrepancies, and escalate issues as needed.
