Responsibilities

• Document Preparation: Create and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and insurance certificates.
• Compliance Management: Ensure all shipments meet local and international export regulations and trade restrictions.
• Logistics Coordination: Partner with freight forwarders, carriers, and overseas buyers to align shipping instructions.
• Issue Resolution: Fix discrepancies in weights, values, or descriptions to clear customs without delay.
• Record Keeping: Maintain digital and physical archives of all international transactions for audit trails
