Job summary

Mangoes and Bananas Studio is seeking an Events and Experiences Associate to bring brand ideas to live spaces. You will design concepts, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the guest experience aligns with the brand's campaign from concept to wrap-up.

You will collaborate with marketing, handle timelines, and be on-site during events, including evenings and weekends as needed. This role requires hands-on coordination and a passion for experiential marketing.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in events, brand activations, or experiential marketing.
• Experience planning events from concept to on-site execution.
• Experience sourcing, negotiating with, and coordinating suppliers.
• Ability to build and manage timelines, checklists, and program flows.
• Creative thinker who can turn a brand idea into an experience.
• Calm problem-solver when plans change on event day.
• Willing to work on-site, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create event concepts for clients, such as launches, brand activations, and pop-ups.
• Plan the guest experience from arrival to exit, including program flow, setup, and on-site details.
• Source, book, and coordinate with suppliers such as venues, caterers, stylists, and technical crews.
• Align with the Marketing team so each event fits the brand's campaign, messaging, and content needs.
• Build and manage event timelines and checklists so nothing is missed.
• Be on-site during events to manage the setup, the suppliers, and the run of the program.
• Wrap up after each event with supplier follow-ups, feedback, and notes for the next one.
