Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, but High/Senior High School diploma accepted.
• Experience Level: 3-5 years in customer service or related field.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage customer inquiries via various channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
