Job summary

You will handle inbound inquiries across multiple channels (phone, chat, web) for HR, Procurement, Expense Reporting, and Payroll, across ASPAC, EMEA, NA, and LATAM regions, documenting cases and ensuring timely resolutions.

You will work to promote self-service options, uphold KPIs, and continuously improve service quality while collaborating with Experience Center

Qualifications

• French language proficiency required.
