Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a proactive Business Development/Project Management professional to drive feasibility studies, planning, and onboarding of facilities and suppliers. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in related fields, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and excellent English and Filipino communication. Travel locally is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communications, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in business development, project management, and/or sales.
• Proven track record in project management.

Responsibilities

• Determine feasibility of initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance.
• Source, negotiate for, and onboard facilities viable for the company and partners.
• Source and onboard lessors, contractors, and service providers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Launch high-impact projects to increase operational capability and drive cost savings.
