Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a motivated professional to join our Operations team.

You will assess feasibility of initiatives, plan tracking, and onboard facilities and service providers to support our regional operations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year in business development, project management, or sales, strong English and Filipino communication, and willingness to travel locally, including Mindanao.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communications, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• 1 year of work experience in business development, project management, and/or sales.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially Excel, Sheets, and Slides.
• Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Filipino.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Willing to travel locally (Mindanao Region).

Responsibilities

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

Requirements:

• A great track record of successful project management is required
• High proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
• Outstanding critical thinking and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure
