Job summary

Manulife in Pasig, Metro Manila, is seeking a Recruitment Growth and Activation lead to drive inorganic recruitment growth, onboarding, and activation across assigned areas. You will partner with Agency Leaders, Sales Management, and other stakeholders to expand programs and accelerate productivity of industry recruits.

The role emphasizes monitoring metrics, developing dashboards and reviews, and identifying performance gaps to boost headcount growth and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, psychology, marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in life insurance, agency development, recruitment, training, sales management, or events management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive inorganic recruitment growth through programs such as Industry Recruitment Program and other expansion initiatives.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of industry recruits with Agency Leaders and Sales Management on sourcing, conversion, and hiring.
• Lead onboarding of industry recruits ensuring licensing, compliance, orientation, and training requirements.
• Monitor onboarding progress and activation status of new industry recruits, intervening when at risk of delay or drop-off.
• Provide regular monitoring and reporting of key metrics related to inorganic recruitment, onboarding completion, and activation performance.
