Job summary

Manulife is seeking a candidate to drive agency expansion through inorganic recruitment growth and activation of industry recruits. You will oversee onboarding, licensing, and training to accelerate readiness, and manage performance through dashboards and reviews across assigned areas.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS and 2–5 years’ experience in life insurance, agency development, recruitment, training, or sales management, plus strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, psychology, marketing, or a related field.
• Two to five years of relevant experience in life insurance, agency development, recruitment, training, or sales management.
• Strong written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive inorganic recruitment growth through programs and activation of industry recruits.
• Lead onboarding with licensing, compliance, and training to accelerate readiness.
• Provide dashboards and reviews to monitor performance and support decisions.
