Job summary

REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking an Account Success Analyst in Iloilo City to serve as the primary post-sale contact for exhibitors, handling billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints.

You will build relationships, provide product and service information, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with sales to grow revenue while implementing programs that support exhibitor needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience dealing with stakeholders in a global context.
• Experience in voice/non-voice setup.
• Basic skills in Salesforce.
• Basic skills in Exhibitor Dashboard and show websites.
• Familiarity with Exhibitor Badge Registration systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Jabber/Enghouse Touchpoint.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Account Management and Stakeholder Management.

Responsibilities

• Exhibitor support as the post-sales contact.
• Increase loyalty and repeat exhibitors.
• Follow the 4-touchpoint flow and attend kickoff.
• Onboard exhibitors in a timely manner.
• Assist in sales process from prospecting to upsell and servicing.
• Manage exhibitor profiles and matchmaking via Atlas.
• Use Salesforce to log activities and schedule touchpoints.
• Guide exhibitors through the exhibitor manual.
• Administer Exhibitor Badge Registration.
• Identify opportunities for value-added digital products.
• Own success of each exhibitor's business goals.
• Understand Emperia features pre/post event.
