The role requires leading end-to-end assignments, market mapping, and acting as a trusted advisor on leadership hiring trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology or related field.
• 8–12 years of executive search or recruitment experience.
• Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the Executive Search practice.
• Identify, qualify, and secure executive search engagements across target industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, founders, HR leaders, and key decision-makers.
