Michael Page's Page Executive arm seeks a senior Partner based in Manila to work with CEOs and regional leaders on people strategy and executive searches. You will lead delivery with a hands-on approach, partnering with a research team to source candidates for senior roles and manage assessments to ensure client alignment.

You will build a robust network, drive market insights, and ensure a positive experience for clients and candidates while striving to exceed targets and KPIs.

• Executive search professionals with a track record delivering complex C-level assignments.
• Commercial background with business development capabilities and a strong C-level network.
• Hands-on in delivery of searches, including interviewing candidates in person.
