This role blends cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, and executive outreach to drive interview scheduling for our editorial and leadership teams.

The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, adept at handling objections, and experienced with outbound prospecting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SDR/BD or related field.
• Experience in outbound B2B cold calling.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong phone presence and ability to engage decision-makers.
• Capable of handling objections professionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to CEOs, Presidents, Founders, and senior executives.
• Schedule interviews for Content Managers and Executive Directors.
• Execute outreach campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Build relationships with executive-level contacts.
• Navigate gatekeepers and secure meetings with decision-makers.
• Follow scripts and outreach processes.
• Handle objections professionally.
• Maintain CRM activity logs.
• Follow up to maximize appointment conversions.
• Assist with prospecting and lead generation when needed.
