Job summary

INGCOPH TRADERS INC. is seeking an experienced executive-level Operations Manager to translate the CEO/GM's vision into company-wide strategies and execution plans.

You will analyze performance, productivity, and data to identify opportunities and risks, and prepare executive-level recommendations. You will develop scenarios, forecasts, contingency plans, and lead high-stakes negotiations with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business or operations management.

Responsibilities

• Translate the CEO/GM's vision into company-wide operational strategies and execution plans.
• Analyze business performance, financial results, workforce productivity, and operational data to identify strategic opportunities and risks.
• Develop business scenarios, forecasts, contingency plans, and executive recommendations for major decisions.
• Act as the executive escalation point for complex operational, personnel, client, and business issues.
• Prepare executive-level reports containing insights, recommendations, risks, and proposed actions, rather than simple status reports.
• Participate in high-level negotiations with clients, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Make time-sensitive decisions on behalf of executive management within delegated authority.
