Job summary

Prime Philippines is seeking a senior HR leader to strengthen the culture, develop people, and build a modern, data-driven HR department aligned with business goals. You will report to the C-suite, collaborate across operations, marketing, and IT, and mentor a growing HR team while leading strategic and day-to-day HR operations.

You will drive end-to-end HR functions, optimize HR processes, and implement robust evaluation systems to support growth and accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Designing or implementing HR frameworks from the ground up.
• Hands-on knowledge across core HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, labor compliance.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-focused.
• Extremely high standards and operates with efficiency.
• Culture-driven yet performance-oriented.
• Strategic thinker who executes with speed and accuracy.
• Able to manage change and bring people along.
• Trusted, fair, empathetic, and assertive in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Training & Development.
• Maintain and enhance a strong workplace culture anchored on company values, performance mindset, and collaboration.
• Implement and optimize systems to digitize HR processes (HRIS, onboarding, timekeeping).
• Build and drive performance and behavior-based evaluation systems tied to growth and accountability.
• Lead employee engagement programs to boost retention, morale, and productivity.
• Support succession planning, organizational development, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR standards, and internal policies.
