Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience as Japanese Interpreter.
• Must have JLPT N3 Certificate.
• Proficient in written and oral communication in English and Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Interpret conversations between Japanese nationals and local employees during meetings and incidents requiring such assistance.
• Translate emails and documents and prepare minutes of meetings and reports for management.
• Design and manage a Japanese language curriculum including weekly instructions for cohort of 5-10 learners annually.
• Conduct JLPT-based assessments and mini tests to track progress for N3 level employees.
• Collaborate with Head of HR to ensure language guidance aligns with company policy.
