Job summary

Recruitify_HR is recruiting for a bilingual Japanese-speaking trainer/leader to prepare Filipino engineers for a Team Leader role in Japan within about a year. You will monitor trainees, resolve daily issues, and report to Japanese management while coordinating cross-national communication.

Responsibilities include onboarding and training, enforcing workplace rules, and supporting the transfer program to Japan HQ.

Qualifications

• Fluent Japanese reading, writing and speaking required.
• N2 or N3 level Japanese certification preferred.
• Experience leading teams (10+ people) and coordinating with management.
• Proficient with MS Office software for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation for a Team Leader role in Japan within ~1 year.
• Monitor trainee performance and attendance
• Provide guidance and resolve day-to-day issues
• Report to Japanese management and coordinate communications
• Lead onboarding and training for new trainees
• Educate employees on workplace rules and life in Japan
• Handle inquiries from staff and coordinate with HQ
• Transfer to Japan HQ after the internal program ends
