BDE Technology Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Executive to support security and surveillance solutions, including CCTV, biometric systems, and access control. You will work with clients onsite, diagnose issues, test products, and help deploy technology solutions that businesses rely on daily.

The role offers hands-on technical responsibilities, opportunities to grow expertise across security and networking technologies, and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience with CCTV, biometric systems, or access control is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of networking, IP configuration, troubleshooting, and system integration.
• Willingness to travel onsite when required.

Responsibilities

• Solve Technical Challenges – Provide phone, email, and onsite technical support for CCTV, biometric, and access control systems.
• Troubleshoot & Fix – Diagnose hardware, software, networking, and system integration issues and provide effective solutions.
• Support Our Clients – Understand customer needs and deliver professional, practical technical assistance.
• Test & Improve – Conduct product testing, application testing, and quality checks before deployment.
• Train & Empower – Conduct product and software training for clients after installation.
• Support Project Delivery – Assist with project presentations, system commissioning, and successful handovers.
• Recommend Better Solutions – Identify suitable products and technologies that can improve efficiency and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is curious, hands‑on, proactive, and enjoys finding solutions.

You should have:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of relevant IT experience.

• Experience with CCTV, biometric systems, or access control is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of networking, IP configuration, troubleshooting, and system integration.

• Familiarity with brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, TP-Link, ZKTeco, or similar security/networking solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

• A positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel onsite when required.
