Job summary

Crimson Education is seeking an experienced Senior EF Coach to deliver structured 1:1 coaching to high-achieving students in grades 8–12, building leadership and executive-function skills. You will design 10–30 week development plans, track progress, and collaborate with mentors and managers to support measurable growth.

The role is a flexible, contract/hourly position suitable for experts in youth coaching and education, with a focus on practical skill development and student wellbeing.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in coaching/counseling from an accredited institution.
• Clinical or other formal experience working with youth.
• Demonstrated success working with youth/students.

Responsibilities

• Structure and deliver weekly 1:1 coaching sessions for skill development.
• Assess students’ needs across 18 skill areas and design 10–30 week plans.
• Track progress with weekly tasks and milestone projects.
• Coordinate with Execution Mentor, Strategist, and Student Success Manager as needed.
• Support students in building habits, character, and emotional intelligence.
