EDGE Tutor in Manila is seeking a Teacher Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of online education services for assigned client accounts. You will lead a team of online teachers, ensure high-quality lessons, maintain client satisfaction, and manage the health of each account.

Responsibilities include coaching teachers, monitoring schedules, analyzing key metrics, and collaborating with Lesson Support, Training, and Recruitment to enhance the learner experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years leading a team of online teachers.
• Skilled in lesson observation and coaching.
• Strong data analysis and reporting experience.
• Knowledge of online lesson delivery metrics.
• Excellent communication with international clients.
