Job summary

Pacific Licensing Studio Pte Ltd in Manila is seeking an accounting professional to support finance operations, including accounts receivable, royalty reporting, and licensee account monitoring. The role offers cross‑market exposure and hands‑on experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

You will assist the Finance Manager and regional finance team on ad hoc projects, prepare weekly AR/RR aging and maintain master report files while ensuring accuracy and timely filing of documents.

Qualifications

• Accounting graduate with 2-3 years of experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Licensee account monitoring – Receivables / Royalty reports.
• Maintain and update Master Report Files.
• Manage receivables and liaise with Sales on outstanding accounts.
• Handles weekly AR / RR aging reports.
• Review and submission of Royalty Reports, Payment Notifications and related certificates to Licensors.
• Filing of Royalty Reports.
• Accounting data entry and validation of employees’ expense claims.
• Provide assistance to Phil Finance Manager in document filing and statutory/bank filing/submission of documents.
• Monthly meeting coordination.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Regional Finance Team.

In addition to supporting local finance activities and the Finance Manager, the role will have opportunities to contribute to regional finance ad hoc initiatives and projects, providing valuable cross‑market exposure and hands‑on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities

Licensee Account monitoring – Receivables / Royalty Reports

Maintain and update Master Report Files

Manage receivables and liaise with Sales Team on all outstanding accounts on a regular basis

Handles weekly AR / RR Aging reports

Review and submission of Royalty Reports, Payment Notification and wht certificates to Licensors

Filing of Royalty Reports

Accounting data entry and validation of employees’ expense claims

Others

Provide assistance to Phil Finance Manager in document filing and statutory/bank filing/submission of documents.

Monthly meeting coordination

Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Regional Finance Team

Requirements:
